Ingredients
200 grams butter, softened1/2 cup brown sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
1 1/2 cups plain flour
1 cup cornflakes
- Preheat oven to 180C and line trays with greaseproof paper.
- In a mixer cream butter and sugar, add vanilla essence
- Add flour and cocoa until combined.
- Add cornflakes on low speed and mix until just combined.
- Roll dough into balls and place onto prepared trays. (i made 10 large ones) Press lightly with a fork.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes.
The real test is if they are able to be frozen in large batches, unfrozen then iced and still tasting deliciously fresh! I will keep you posted.
